Quick Update

Yesterday we finished putting the first layer in the other two garden beds. The next layer will be pack from the sheep pen, but that will have to wait until the rain stops.

This morning we did a little work outside, but it started raining steadily in the afternoon. We have snow in the forecast again. Yes, yes... That's what we have to get used to and learn to expect for early May. It will be less than an inch, and will surely melt quickly. Even the pile next to the garage is steadily shrinking, but still there.

Mary is currently informing me that it is neither expedient nor realistic for me to plan she might go to sleep on her own. She politely but urgently (and rather loudly) suggests I publish this post NOW and rescue her from solitude. How could I refuse?
